Depeche Mode!

On Monday night I had the pleasure of seeing Depeche Mode live and in concert!  Yes, I know.  I've seen them before (in fact, this was concert #4) but this was Depeche people.  I love my neo-gothic electro rock.  Good times.  And because it was on a Monday night, it made for a good wholesome family home evening.  I went to the show with Dawn, Lucy, Amy and Robert and a good time was had by all!  Here is what they played:

In Chains
Wrong
Hole to Feed
Walking in My Shoes
It's No Good
A Question of Time
Precious
Fly on the Windscreen
Jezebel
Home
Come Back
Policy of Truth
In Your Room
Enjoy the Silence
Never Let Me Down Again

Stripped
Master and Servant
Strangelove

Personal Jesus
Waiting for the Night

Over all, it was a great show.  In fact, it was the first time that I had seen some of these songs performed live, so that was fun.  And of course the people watching was great.  I could go on and on about that.  My favorite person had to be the girl we called "Goth Strawberry Shortcake."  She had on a black frilly party dress with stockings and boots; and her hair was dyed a lovely shade of dark pink.  I decided not to dress up and was content wearing shorts and a T-Shirt with no eye-liner or black nail polish.  I didn't even wear earrings or Doc Martins!  I must be getting old!  But like I said, it was a fun night.  Thanks Dave, Martin and Fletch.....AKA Depeche Mode!
